The invisible tolls you’re paying without knowing

Let me ask you a question : Did you know that we’re all paying TOLLS without knowing?

What??
Yeah, Highways have 2 kinds of pay tolls
This, easy and fast Or this, long and hard

See, Life is just like a HIGHWAY full of pay tolls and sometimes, we don’t even notice them. Take these two women for example, they have 2 different passports and they’re going to the same destination but, their journeys won't be the same one is gonna have it easy and fast and the other one is gonna have it hard and slow that's the passport toll

Now, Take this boy and this girl. She went to high school and he went to high school. They both graduated, and they both want to go to college. But she may have it easy and fast and he may have it slow and hard. That's the school toll. So ask yourself this, if you pay for this to get this then what's the cost to get that?

The cost is called PRIVILEGE. Privilege comes in so many ways, that we can't even realise! Because I'm free to travel as i want I have no idea what others have to go through so they can travel. Because I got the chance to go to university I have no idea how hard it is to go to school in some places around the world.
Because I can buy a lot of stuff I have no idea that one dollar can make someone else's day.
And that's why privilege is dangerous, because sometimes, it takes away our COMPASSION and makes us LESS human but, What if each one of us used the privilege they have to turn things around and help others.

But how?
By asking yourself the right questions: how come I can, and others can't? by talking about it to your friends and family. Because awareness is the first step to change.
Finally you can also stand by those who fight against it every single day like NGOs that support a tons of causes around the world.

All you have to do is pick one cause that speaks to your heart. So someday, no one will have to deal with a passport toll, a school toll or Any opportunity toll on this long highway, we call LIFE
